ppp999 Terms and Conditions
for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ppp999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of the ppp999 website, mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, promotions and services available through the platform.

Using ppp999 — whether you are browsing, registering, depositing PKR, playing live casino games, placing bets on cricket or PSL matches, participating in bingo rooms, or using the VIP programme — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply at all times and to all activities conducted on or through the ppp999 platform.

Please note that these Terms are supplemented by additional rules specific to individual games, promotions and the VIP programme. Those additional rules are published on the relevant pages of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a promotion or game, the specific rules take precedence for that promotion or game.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ppp999 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ppp999 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual person — registrations made by corporations, partnerships, trusts or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ppp999 or have had an account previously closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing ppp999 for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ppp999. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number and any payment method details you register. Providing false or misleading information, using another person's identity, or failing to update your details when they change are all prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ppp999 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, do not allow anyone else to use your account, and do not access ppp999 from devices or networks that you do not control. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify ppp999 support immediately. ppp999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. ppp999 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or where required to do so for compliance reasons. In cases of self-exclusion, account closure is immediate and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ppp999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions on ppp999 are conducted in PKR — there is no currency conversion at any point, and no conversion fees are applied to your balance.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are generally credited to your ppp999 balance within minutes of the payment being confirmed on the relevant platform. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. ppp999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit. Processing times vary according to your VIP tier — standard accounts receive withdrawals within 24–48 hours, while higher VIP tiers benefit from faster processing. ppp999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to incomplete verification will be held pending until verification is provided.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds in your account must be resolved in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. The base deposit amount is not affected by this condition.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by ppp999 are subject to specific terms published on the promotion detail page. These general Terms apply to all bonuses alongside those specific terms. A bonus is only available to eligible players as defined by the individual promotion's terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, where stated) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a bonus of PKR 1,000 means that PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. The following activities are prohibited in connection with bonus funds and will result in bonus forfeiture:

• Placing bets that cover multiple outcomes in the same event to reduce risk (matched betting or arbitrage using bonus funds)
• Placing consistently low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Misrepresenting eligibility to claim a promotion not available to your account tier or region

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated on the individual promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been used or do not meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. ppp999 does not extend bonus expiry periods.

6. VIP Programme

The ppp999 VIP programme rewards consistent players with increasing benefits across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are earned by wagering PKR on qualifying games and betting markets. The points required to reach and maintain each tier, along with the benefits associated with each tier, are published on the VIP page.

VIP status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not maintain the minimum activity level required for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier without prior notice. Diamond tier membership is by invitation only and is subject to additional terms communicated to invited players directly. ppp999 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier requirements and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Results

The results of all games and betting markets on ppp999 are final once settled. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of real dealers — shuffling, dealing and spinning — that you observe in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and international cricket matches).

7.2 Betting Rules

All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules published on the Betting page. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. ppp999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets or void bets placed in error or where the platform has reason to believe the integrity of the event is in question. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event.

7.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. For cricket specifically — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are treated as official results where applicable.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, server error or other technical failure during a live casino game, ppp999 will reconstruct the session from server-side records and settle the game based on the recorded game state at the point of failure. If a game cannot be fairly reconstructed, the round will be voided and the stake returned. ppp999 is not liable for losses caused by the Player's own internet connection issues.

8. Responsible Gaming

ppp999 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults who are participating with money they can afford to spend. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses.

The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change request.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that alerts you after you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: A periodic notification showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppp999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity
2. Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
3. Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets
5. Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats
6. Abusing bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage or multi-accounting
7. Threatening, harassing or abusing ppp999 staff or other players
8. Attempting to reverse or charge back a legitimate deposit after receiving or wagering bonus funds associated with that deposit
9. Accessing ppp999 using a VPN, proxy or other technology to misrepresent your location or identity

ppp999 employs fraud detection technology that monitors accounts and transactions for suspicious patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ppp999 reserves the right to close accounts, withhold balances pending investigation and share relevant information with payment providers or law enforcement agencies where legally required.

10. Privacy and Data

ppp999 collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity and complying with our obligations. Your data is handled in accordance with the ppp999 Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms.

By registering on ppp999 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Note that some data may be retained for a defined period after account closure where required for compliance purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

ppp999 provides the platform and all services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppp999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical failures outside ppp999's control
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind
• Any loss caused by events beyond ppp999's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, or actions of third-party payment providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Changes to Terms

ppp999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of ppp999 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
